Founder/Partner, GamePlan Retirement Solutions
Craig spent 30 years at Boston Scientific, specializing in sales and sales training. He worked with complex medical devices in operating rooms and cardiac labs, teaching physicians and negotiating contracts for large medical systems. Much of his career was also focused on coaching sales teams and training, helping individuals and groups achieve their professional goals.
After retiring in December 2023, Craig pursued his passion for fitness and lifestyle coaching. He became a Level 1 Certified CrossFit coach, focusing on helping Masters and retired individuals stay physically and mentally strong. He also earned certification as a retirement coach through the International Association of Professional Career Colleges.

Craig’s GamePlan
1. The Transition
After 35 years in the medical device industry, Craig retired from a fast-paced corporate career. With a strong financial plan in place, he had the freedom to step away from work—but realized retirement requires more than financial readiness.
2. Exploration
Craig spent the first two years exploring activities and interests that brought energy and connection to his life, including fitness, coaching, and teaching.
3. Structure & Purpose
Through reflection and goal setting, Craig created structure in his week and focused on meaningful activities like coaching Masters athletes and developing retirement lifestyle strategies.
4. Ongoing Growth
Craig continues refining his GamePlan by setting goals, building connections, and helping others design their own purposeful retirement.
